The “Best Ever” $4 Aldi Grocery to Stock in Your Fridge This Month

This summer, we’re leaning into the season’s best and brightest offerings. That means all the picnics, potlucks, and pool parties we can snag an invite to, more outdoor concerts and state fair fun, and chill mornings with our families (and maybe even a good book). To help make it happen, our favorite discount grocer gave us a heads up on what to expect in stores this July.

The list of July’s Aldi Finds is brimming with new and beloved frozen breakfast shortcuts, ready-made desserts, and everything in between — including a jarred mix that’ll transport you to Santorini. There are dozens of items hitting shelves this month and, after scouring the list, these are the five we’re most excited about. Let’s take a look.

As big fans of a one-step smoothie, we’re psyched to see these smoothie blends back on shelves. Choose between Green Dream (mango, pineapple, apple, spinach, avocado) and Seaside (mango, pineapple, strawberry, apple, banana). Sold in four-packs of pre-portioned pouches, look for it in the freezer section July 3 — just in time for the holiday weekend.

“The Best Ever” chicken salad is back in not one, but two equally appetizing flavors: Green Goddess and Lemon Poppy Seed. Available July 10 in the fridge section, grab a pack of brioche buns, crunchy lettuce, and a juicy tomato for a quick and delightful lunch with friends.

A trip to Greece might not be in the cards for this summer, but that’s all the more reason to bring home those bright, bold Mediterranean flavors on July 10. This slim jar is packed with a mix of seasoned green and kalamata olives, red pepper, and garlic cloves. It’d be a great addition to any meze.

We’re entering peak hot dog season, and that most definitely includes corn dogs of all kinds and sizes. These two bite-sized, honey batter-wrapped chicken franks hit shelves later in the month — July 24. Coincidentally, it’s right around the state fair season.

Before you ask: Yes, those Vanilla Stroopwafel Ice Cream Sandwiches will be returning to shelves on July 31. (Mark the date!) We’re just as excited, though, for the Sundae Shoppe’s gelato bites — available a whole two weeks earlier BTW (July 17). Cookie dough and gelato in an adorably sized chocolate-coated cube. What’s not to like? Oh, and they also come in a Toffee flavor.
