    3-½ pounds smoked kielbasa and/or Slovenian sausage

    2 2-ounce jars chopped pimentos, drained

    1 6-ounce can large black olives

    Sliced 1 large bunch scallions, white bulbs and green stalks, sliced

    1 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley

    1 ½ cups vinaigrette dressing

    Instructions Place sausage in a large pot and cover with water. Heat to boiling then lower to a simmer and cook uncovered for 10 minutes. Drain and let cool until cool enough to slice. Using a knife with a serrated blade, slice sausages on a diagonal into half-inch thick slices. Place sausage in large mixing bowl.
