The Human League is a global non-profit organization that seeks to advocate for animal rights within the food sector. The organization has previously taken on some of the largest food companies. From General Mills, Grupo Bimbo, and Starbucks to Subway, Burger King, and others, The Human League has successfully enacted animal welfare policies to end “animal suffering from extreme overgrowth, crippling injuries, and frightening deaths.”
Recently, The Human League launched a digital platform. The aim is to use the power of connectivity in the Internet age and bring individuals together, inspiring them to take action and “help fix our broken food system.” Called The Fast Action Network, this digital platform is a communal meeting place for activists. It is a way for The Human League and its supporters to amplify their message.
